poor maintenance

the 'luxurious' room I received had tore up holes in the walls and absolutely no lock on the door, which added to the ambiance of danger. the shattered window was just a lovely touch. I expected red-carpet treatment, but I guess being treated like everyone else is just the new standard at Rodeway Inn. Almost thought to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rodeway Inn & Suites. The room was cozy, and I appreciated the comfortable beds that provided a good night's sleep after a long day of travel. The staff at the 24-hour front desk were also very friendly and helpful during my visit.

Honestly, the beds were comfy, which surprised me. But the room smelled funky, and it looked like it hadn’t seen a cleaning in a while. No coffee in the morning either, which was a letdown.

The room decor was inviting and had potential.

Upon arrival, the overall cleanliness was severely disappointing. It felt like the management was neglecting basic maintenance. the facilities seemed unkempt. The staff was also unhelpful, showing little regard for our concerns about the state of the hotel, making our stay even more frustrating.

Recommend it for short stays

I had a surprise long stay, ended up there for 3 days with clean rooms and friendly people. Plus, the price was reasonable that kind of thing doesn’t happen very often.

It wasn’t exactly pocket change but for the quality, I guess it was still acceptable.
